On the old Skype we could adjust, change and mute the sounds for just about anything on the application. WTF? So thats it? There is no solution ? No glimmer of hope that maybe they can fix it? You say there is 'no option to mute',thanks for the 'feedback', and the blow off the question entirely. This has to be one of the worst answers I've read from any customer service rep. If you have further questions, please do not hesitate to reply to this post.
